What are your standard shipping times and costs?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
What is your return policy for home decor and dinnerware?
We accept returns on unused, unassembled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Are the glass and ceramic products dishwasher safe?
Most of our Iittala and Marimekko dinnerware is dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. However, we recommend checking the specific product description or the stamp on the bottom of the item for exact care instructions.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, FinnStyle ships to the United States and Canada. International customers outside of North America are encouraged to contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
