At FinnStyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Nordic-inspired home decor; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
