Maija Isola was greatly inspired by her countless travels around the world, and in 1970, she created the bold floral pattern Tumma (dark) as a souvenir of her long trip to Paris. Decorated atop this Marimekko scarf, light pink and purple florals illuminate against a cream backdrop. The scarf is made from 100% silk twill material that is soft to the touch and lightweight for versatile use. The square shape of the Marimekko Lauhtua Tumma Scarf allows you to wear it bandana-style, around your neck, or tied around the handle of a purse for a pop of print.
